By accessing and using GMCFix.com ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

GMCFix.com provides expert compliance analysis and reporting services for e-commerce websites experiencing Google Merchant Center suspensions. Our service includes:

• Comprehensive website scanning and analysis
• Expert compliance report generation
• Identification of potential policy violations
• Step-by-step remediation guidance
• Appeal letter drafting assistance

3. Our Experience and Approach

GMCFix.com is operated by e-commerce professionals with over 10 years of experience in online retail and Google Merchant Center compliance. Our service applies industry best practices and leverages our extensive knowledge of e-commerce policy requirements to identify issues and recommend solutions.

We analyze your website using the same methodologies that Google uses to evaluate merchant compliance, including automated scanning, structured data validation, and policy adherence checks.

4. No Guarantee of Reinstatement

IMPORTANT: We do NOT guarantee that following our recommendations will result in the reinstatement of your Google Merchant Center account.

Google makes all final decisions regarding account suspensions and reinstatements. While we provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations based on our experience and best practices, the ultimate decision to reinstate an account rests solely with Google.

This is precisely why our pricing is significantly lower than traditional consulting services that charge thousands of dollars. We provide you with the tools and information you need at an affordable price point, without making promises we cannot keep.

5. Pricing and Payment

GMCFix.com operates on a one-time payment model with three service tiers:

• Basic Plan ($99): Full compliance report for up to 100 URLs, delivered within 2 business days
• Max Plan ($199): Full compliance report for up to 500 URLs, delivered within 2 business days
• Plus Plan ($599): Full compliance report for up to 5000 URLs, delivered within 2 business days

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required before report generation begins. Refund and cancellation rules are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the intake process
• Upload genuine, unmodified screenshots from your Google Merchant Center account
• Remove all third-party manager access from your GMC and Google Ads accounts when required
• Implement recommended fixes at your own discretion and risk
• Not hold GMCFix.com liable for Google's decisions regarding your account

7. Privacy and Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. If you choose to connect your Google Merchant Center account via OAuth, data is accessed read-only and used solely for compliance analysis. All analysis is also based on:

• Public website data accessible via automated scanning
• Screenshots you voluntarily provide
• Information you submit through our intake form
• Data from your Google Merchant Center account (if you choose to connect via OAuth)

All user data is automatically deleted after 180 days. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, analysis, and recommendations generated by GMCFix.com remain your property upon payment. You may use this information as you see fit for your business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

GMCFix.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use our Service
• Google's decision to maintain or reverse account suspensions
• Implementation of our recommendations
• Any business losses resulting from account suspensions

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Google Trademark Disclaimer

GMCFix.com is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Alphabet Inc.

Google, Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. We are an independent service provider offering compliance analysis tools for e-commerce merchants. We have no official relationship with Google.

11. Service Level Agreement

Reports will be delivered within 2 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Processing may be delayed if:

• Your website is unreachable or offline
• Required screenshots are missing or unclear
• External manager access has not been removed as required

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Poland.
