How the DSA Appeal Process Works

Step 1

We Review

We audit your store, fix all compliance issues, and prepare the documentation.

Step 2

We File

We submit the DSA complaint to an EU-certified out-of-court dispute settlement body on your behalf.

Step 3

Independent Review

Independent review of Google's decision. Binding outcome. 30-60 days.

Step 4

Resolution

If you win, Google reinstates your account. Cost: 0 EUR (Google pays).

Important: Never Create a New GMC Account

If your Google Merchant Center account is suspended, do not create a new account to work around the suspension. Google detects this as "account circumvention" and will permanently ban both accounts, making future reinstatement impossible. The DSA appeal is the correct legal path.

Requirements for DSA Appeal

1

Your GMC account has been suspended for misrepresentation

2

You have submitted 3+ appeals that were denied
