Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Type

GMCFix provides one-time digital compliance analysis services for e-commerce merchants. The service includes website and product-data review, policy issue identification, remediation guidance, and downloadable reports. We do not sell physical goods and no physical shipping is involved.

2. Service Delivery Time

Reports are delivered digitally through your GMCFix account according to the SLA shown at checkout:

  • Basic Plan: delivered within 2 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of required information.
  • Max Plan: delivered within 2 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of required information.
  • Plus Plan: delivered within 2 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of required information.

Delivery may be delayed if required information is missing, screenshots are unclear, the submitted website is unavailable, or external systems such as Google Merchant Center cannot be reviewed from the information provided.

3. Cancellation Before Work Starts

You may request cancellation and a full refund before we begin processing your submission. To request cancellation, email support@gmcfix.com as soon as possible and include your order email and submission ID.

4. Refunds After Work Starts

Because the service is a custom digital analysis prepared for your specific website and Merchant Center situation, refunds are not provided once analysis work has started, unless required by applicable law or unless we are unable to deliver the purchased report.

A refund is not granted solely because Google, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, a DSA body, or any other third party decides not to reinstate an account. GMCFix does not guarantee reinstatement or any specific decision by Google.

5. Late or Failed Delivery

If we cannot deliver the purchased report within the applicable SLA for reasons within our control, you may contact us and request either continued processing or a refund review. Delays caused by missing customer information, unreachable websites, unclear screenshots, customer-requested changes, or third-party platform outages are not treated as failed delivery.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
