Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the GMCFix Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Program Overview

The GMCFix Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to GMCFix services. Affiliates receive a unique referral link to track referrals and commissions.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 20% commission on each successful GMCFix plan purchase made by a referred customer.
  • Commission is calculated based on the net purchase price (excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks).
  • Commission applies to the customer's initial purchase only, unless otherwise stated.
  • GMCFix reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice to active affiliates.

3. Referral Tracking & Cookie Duration

  • Referral cookies are valid for 15 days from the initial visit via your referral link.
  • If a customer clears cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be tracked.
  • The last referral link clicked within the cookie window receives credit for the sale.
  • Self-referrals (purchasing GMCFix services through your own referral link) are not permitted and will not be credited.

4. PPC Advertising Policy

Affiliates are permitted to use paid advertising (PPC) on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to promote their referral link, subject to the following mandatory restrictions:

4.1 Prohibited Keywords (Negative Keywords Requirement)

The following keywords must be added as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns. You may not bid on, target, or use any of the following terms (or close variations) in your paid advertising:

  • GMCFix
  • GMCFIX
  • GMC Fix
  • GMCFix.com
  • gmcfix
  • Any misspelling, variation, or close match of the above (e.g., "gmc-fix", "gmc fix tool", "gmcfix service")

This applies to all match types — broad, phrase, exact, and modified broad match.

4.2 Allowed PPC Activity

You may run PPC campaigns targeting generic, non-branded keywords such as:

  • "Google Merchant Center fix"
  • "GMC suspension help"
  • "product listing errors fix"
  • "merchant center account review"
  • Other generic industry terms that do not include our brand name

4.3 Monitoring & Enforcement

Our system actively monitors paid search results for brand-related keyword abuse. If we detect traffic originating from PPC ads bidding on GMCFix brand keywords:

  • Your affiliate account will be immediately terminated without prior warning.
  • All pending and unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
  • You will be permanently banned from re-joining the affiliate program.

This policy is strictly enforced and non-negotiable. If you are unsure whether a keyword is permitted, contact us before running your campaign.

5. Other Prohibited Activities

  • Spam or unsolicited email marketing (including bulk email campaigns without recipient consent).
  • Misleading, false, or exaggerated advertising claims about GMCFix services.
  • Impersonating GMCFix or representing yourself as an official GMCFix employee or partner.
  • Using GMCFix logos, trademarks, or brand assets without prior written permission.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of artificial traffic generation.
  • Offering cashbacks, rebates, or incentives from commission earnings to referred customers.
  • Placing referral links on coupon, deal, or cashback websites without prior approval.
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Payment Terms

  • Commissions enter a 30-day confirmation period from the date of purchase to account for refunds and chargebacks.
  • After the confirmation period, approved commissions are paid within 24 hours.
  • Payments are made via the method configured in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $100. Commissions below this amount roll over to the next payment cycle.
  • Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes on commission income.

7. Termination

  • GMCFix reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the GMCFix brand.
  • Upon termination for cause, all pending commissions are forfeited.
  • Affiliates may voluntarily leave the program at any time. Earned and confirmed commissions will still be paid out.
  • GMCFix may suspend or discontinue the affiliate program entirely with 30 days' notice.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • GMCFix is not responsible for tracking errors caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or third-party interference.
  • Commission earnings are not guaranteed and depend on referred customer purchases.
  • GMCFix may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
